Shipping Policy
Understanding the criticality of fresh produce from farms to your homes, we make big efforts in maintaining a strong supply chain which ensures apples reach to you in all its freshness and rich characterstics of taste & texture.

Our delivery schedules varies as per the season. While we deliver directly from farms in months of July to October, and hence supplies come in every weekend directly from Orchards. Rest of the months premium apples are sourced by the best quality cold storages of Himachal where our farmers stock their produce from their respective orchards. Furthermore to make the entire farmer led business ecosystem viable we have standardised the minimum quatinty and packaging sizes.

Minimum Order Quantity:
We supply in standard packaging of 5 Kg & 10 Kg in order to make it logistics vise viable for sustainability of overall farmer based business eco-system.

Delivery Schedules:
July to October: Every Sunday delivery for order placed latest by Saturday 12:00 Hrs
November to June: Within 5 days from date of placing the Order

Delivery Charges:
For any order below 10 Kg, a standard delivery charges of INR 75 is applicable.
Above 10 Kg (upto 100 Kg) we deliver without any additional charges.
For Bulk order exceeding 100 Kg a standard handling and porter charges of INR 500 is applicable.

Delivery Locations:
We have regular supplies in the following cities: Chandigarh, Delhi, Mumbai, Indore, Bhopal, & Allahabad.
For other cities we can send by Air Courier, however additional courier charges as per actuals applicable.

Return & Exchange Policy
Knowing the product we are dealing with is a perishable item. We take great care in ensuring apples remain in their prime condition when its being delivered. The timelines of apple plucking, to packing, to transport and to home delivery are carefully scrutinized to maintain taste and texture in its best by the time its reaches you.
However in worst case scenarios, if apples delivered does not meet your expectations, you can notify us and share your valuable feedback. Our city captains will ensure to address your concerns at the earliest possible. Each apple is an end product of farmer's year long hard work and love for its farms. We are committed to ensure that this hard work and affection is well appreciated.
